How it works
What actually happens between your first call and money arriving.
Tell us the situation
A call or a WhatsApp is enough. What the money is for, what you have been awarded, how long you have been trading.
We package the file
Bank statements, registration documents, the contract and a costing that holds up. We assemble it the way lenders want to read it.
We place it
Only with funders whose published criteria you actually meet. Scattering applications leaves a trail of declines on your record.
You choose
We bring back what came in, put the real costs side by side, and you decide. Declining everything is a perfectly good outcome.

How long this actually takes
Working capital can move in a day. Tender finance takes longer because the award and the buyer have to be verified. The thing that delays almost every application is the same: an incomplete file.
How long it takes
Working capital against trading history moves fastest — a complete file can get a decision inside a few days, sometimes inside twenty-four hours. Tender and purchase-order finance takes longer, because the lender has to verify the award and the end client. Plan on weeks rather than days, and come to us early.
The single biggest cause of delay is an incomplete file. Statements that stop two months short, a contract without the signed annexure, a costing that does not add up. We would rather spend an extra day getting it right than have it declined on a technicality.
What to have ready
- Six months of business bank statements, in PDF from the bank, not screenshots
- Company registration documents
- Director or owner ID
- For tender work: the award letter or purchase order, and your supplier quotes
- Details of any finance the business already has
What we will tell you honestly
If we do not think we can place it, we will say so on the first call rather than taking you through a fortnight of document gathering to arrive at the same answer. And if the right answer is to wait three months and build up clean banking first, that is what we will tell you — it costs us a deal and saves you a decline on your record.
Your information
We share your file with lenders in order to place it, which is the whole point of using a broker. We do not sell your details on, and we do not pass them to anyone outside that process. Lenders will run their own credit checks with your consent.
Start with the eligibility check.
It costs nothing and tells you where you stand before you gather a single document.
