We are a credit broker, not a lender
Tender Grow Finance Brokers does not provide loans or other finance products itself. We introduce applicants to a panel of South African lenders and finance providers, and we assist with preparing and placing applications.
How we are paid
Depending on the transaction we may receive a commission from the lender when funding is drawn, we may charge you a fee, or both may apply. Different lenders pay different rates of commission.
Where a fee is payable by you, we will tell you the amount and the basis on which it is charged in writing before you commit to anything. We do not take payment for simply telling you whether we think your application is placeable.
What we do not promise
All finance is subject to the lender’s own credit assessment, affordability checks, fraud checks and terms. Meeting a published minimum requirement does not guarantee approval, and we cannot guarantee that any lender will make you an offer.
Security, guarantees or indemnities may be required by a lender. Applicants must be 18 or over.

The eligibility checker compares your answers against minimum criteria that South African business lenders publish. It is a guide to where an application may be worth making. It is not a credit decision, not an offer of finance, and not a guarantee of approval.
The cost calculator uses the broad range of rates published across the South African short-term business lending market. It is indicative only. Your actual cost is set by the lender and is given to you in writing before you accept.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled something, contact us on 074 906 4609 or info@tendergrowfinance.co.za and we will deal with it. Complaints about a lender should also be raised with that lender directly, as they are a separate business from us.
